Does your child need tutoring?
The CCEA Tutoring Program
The Carroll County Education Association Tutoring Program is open to ALL students who need help. We provide parents, teachers, etc. with the names of individuals who will provide tutoring services for students. Each tutor is a teacher, active or retired, and a member of CCEA/MSEA. Each tutor sets their own prices and meeting location. Please contact Robin Staub [email protected] at the CCEA office with your email address, student’s name, school he/she attends, and what subjects they need help with and we will send you any matches.
*NOTE: As a service to the members of the Carroll County Education Association and to the families of Carroll County students, the CCEA maintains a list of educators willing to tutor. CCEA’s sole role in the tutoring process is to maintain a tutoring database and provide contact information to parents/guardians. CCEA encourages both the prospective tutors and parents to interview each other to find the best “fit” for both student and tutor. Tutors are responsible for setting price and length of tutoring session and providing all needed supplies. We advise that all tutoring take place in a public space. CCEA will not take any responsibility or assume any liability for events or outcomes resulting from tutoring.
