Early Enrollment Details:
MSEA is once again participating in the NEA Early Enrollment Program that begins on April 1, 2017. This program provides “no cost” access to Educators Employment Liability (EEL) Program insurance benefits from the date of application through August 31, 2017.
Additionally, the Early Enrollee will have immediate access to NEA Member Benefits including insurance programs, car rentals, credit card programs, and magazine services.
Eligibility is limited to:
- Individuals who sign up and pledge to pay unified Active membership dues as a first-time Active member beginning September 1, 2017, or
- New NEA Student Program recruits who sign up and fully pay the $30 Student Program dues for the 2017-18 membership year at the time of enrollment.
Note: For membership counts and governance representation purposes, early enrollees are non-members until the membership year begins on September 1, 2017.
